Oil A from one supplier, Oil B from another, blended in one vessel. Each SDS has different section 3 data. Nobody's free template combines them — the CLP addition method has to be run across every hazardous constituent.
A 10% label does not "cover" a 6% candle by default, and a 7%, 11% or 12% formula matches no template at all. Concentrations change, classifications change, hazard statements can appear or disappear.
Post-Brexit the two regimes are drifting apart: GB CLP no longer uses UFI/PCN, while the EU and Northern Ireland still require them, and new EU hazard classes arrive in 2028. Selling both ways means maintaining two label sets.

The correct "Contains… May produce an allergic reaction" wording for every sensitising component at ≥0.1% (Cat. 1/1B) or ≥0.01% (Cat. 1A) that does not push the mixture into H317, with the chemical names the regulation requires — not trade names.
The three BS EN 15494 candle fire-safety pictograms (burn within sight, keep from children, keep from combustibles) integrated on the same artwork where space allows.
One submission, both markets. EU/NI output notes the UFI/PCN position; GB output follows the current HSE regime — no UFI/PCN on GB-only packs, with the GB notification database removed under UK SI 2026/484.

Their document covers their oil, at the standard load it was prepared for (commonly 10%). It doesn't cover blends with another supplier's oil, non-standard loads, room sprays/diffusers at different ratios, or your EU/NI UFI obligations. If your product matches their assumptions exactly, use their file. If anything differs, the classification has to be re-run on your actual formula.
Sell only in England, Scotland or Wales: GB CLP applies, overseen by the HSE — no UFI/PCN requirement today. Sell into the EU or Northern Ireland: EU CLP applies, including UFI and poison centre notification duties. The rule sets are diverging further (GB removed the C&L notification duty in 2026; the EU adds new hazard classes effective 2028), which is why we offer dual-track output. For GB-only sales this does not arise — Great Britain revoked the UFI / poison-centre duty (CLP Annex VIII) at the end of 2023. It applies only where you export into the EU or place product in Northern Ireland. For those cases we can prepare the classification data, label wording and a dossier pack, and explain UFI generation on the ECHA portal. Legal responsibility for PCN submission sits with the EU importer or downstream user placing the product on the EU market — we do not act as that legal entity or submit on your behalf.
No. Every distinct formulation needs its own classification: different load, different wax, or a swap between two suppliers' versions of "the same" scent can change constituent concentrations and therefore hazard statements. The Home Fragrance Academy CLP guide documents this as one of the most common and costly maker mistakes.
Section 3 ranges can't simply be added at their upper bounds (they routinely sum past 100%). We identify precisely which figures you need and give you a short message to send your supplier to obtain them. The 48-hour clock starts once the data is complete.
No, and we say so plainly. PixHarvest provides CLP classification calculations and draft labels built from the SDS and formulation data you supply. It is a drafting and record-keeping service, not a signed professional opinion; legal responsibility for the classification and label placed on the market remains with you as the supplier. For unusually complex formulations we recommend engaging a qualified safety assessor, and we will tell you when we think that's the case.

Who we are. PixHarvest is a trading name operated by Jialin Zeng (sole trader), service address: Wuhua County, Meizhou, Guangdong Province, China · contact: pixharvest@coze.email.
What we collect and why. We collect the name, email, phone, brand/company name and trading address you submit, together with your product/formulation and SDS documents. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and produce and deliver your CLP labels (performance of the service you request). For B2B outreach we rely on legitimate interests and always provide an opt-out.
Where outreach data comes from. For a first B2B email we only hold your generic business contact details (e.g. info@/sales@ role address, company name and public website), collected solely from your own public company website. We do not buy lists, do not scrape personal inboxes, and hold no other personal data about you. If you would prefer we had not contacted you, reply "unsubscribe"/"stop" and we delete the record and add you to our permanent suppression list.
Legal basis. Contract / pre-contract steps (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) for orders and enquiries; legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) / UK GDPR equivalent) for B2B communications to generic business addresses, balanced against your rights. A written record of this balancing assessment is available on request.
Recipients & transfers. Data is processed on cloud/email tooling and may be transferred outside the UK/EU (our operator is based in China) for processing by us; transfers rely on the controller's legitimate interests for necessary processing, with access limited to the operator and retention minimised. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing. Payment is handled by Payoneer under its own privacy terms; we never see your full card details.
Retention. B2B prospect details are retained for a maximum of 12 months if there is no response, then deleted; enquiry data for up to 12 months of no contact; order and tax records for up to 6 years as required for business records; marketing suppression records are retained permanently to honour opt-outs.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to processing, or request portability — email pixharvest@coze.email and we respond within one month. UK recipients may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); EU/EEA recipients may complain to their national data protection authority (e.g. CNIL in France, AP in the Netherlands). We are a micro-business; ICO data protection fee registration status provided on request.
1. What we provide. PixHarvest (a trading name of Jialin Zeng, sole trader) prepares CLP classification calculations and printable label artwork for candles, wax melts and reed diffusers, based solely on the ingredient and concentration information you supply. Deliverables are business-to-business work product to support your own compliance; they are not a signed professional chemical-safety opinion, and PixHarvest is not the legal manufacturer, importer or downstream user placing the product on the market.
2. Your information is the foundation. You warrant that the SDSs, fragrance load, ingredient concentrations and product details you give us are accurate, current and from your fragrance supplier's official documentation. A classification can only be as correct as the inputs: if a supplier SDS is itself wrong, incomplete, or the actual formulation differs from what is declared, the resulting label cannot be relied upon. You must check each delivered label against your SDS before use and tell us of any discrepancy.
3. Your legal duty stays with you. Under GB CLP / EU CLP the legal duty to classify, label and place a compliant product on the market rests with the supplier placing it on the market (you or your customer), exactly as it does for users of self-service label generators or software. We do not assume that statutory duty, do not handle physical chemicals, and do not act as an EU legal entity for PCN/UFI purposes. EU UFI/PCN notification and SDS authoring are separate services we do not currently provide.
4. Human review. Every label is manually checked against the source data before delivery; nevertheless our output is an aid to, not a substitute for, your own compliance review as the responsible supplier.
5. Liability cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixHarvest's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to an order, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the fees actually paid by you for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit, business, recall or third-party fines) except where such exclusion is unlawful. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6. Corrections. If a delivered label is wrong because of an error on our part using the information you correctly supplied, we will correct it at no extra charge. Changes caused by new, corrected or different information from you or your supplier are treated as a new order.
7. Governing law. These terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
PixHarvest applies the CLP addition method (Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and its GB assimilated version) to the ingredients and concentrations declared in the safety data sheets and formulation information provided by the customer, and produces draft classifications, label artwork and a classification record referencing ECHA/HSE published sources.
This service is not a signed professional chemical-safety assessment and PixHarvest is not the legal manufacturer, importer or downstream user of the products. Legal responsibility for classification, labelling and market placement remains solely with the supplier, as it does for users of self-service generators. We do not handle physical chemicals and do not act as a EU legal entity for PCN purposes.
